"It was just magical sitting in the same space as the harp, viola de gamba and viola d'amore playing - like being transported back in time."

Apeiron brings Canberra to life with Vaughan, Lane and a touch of d’amore

"This was a thoughtfully curated and delightfully informal concert... just the right balance between the scholarly and the cheeky..."

"The performance blended musical scholarship with joy, and was a rich reminder of how vibrant, varied and downright fun historically informed performance can be."

"Apeiron Baroque deserves full credit not just for their programming and performance, but for creating an environment where curiosity and artistry go hand in hand... More of this, please."

Delightful plucking and scratching from Apeiron Baroque

"One of the things I do enjoy about an Apeiron Baroque concert is that I know I will have never heard of at least two-thirds of the composers."

"A jaunty movement from a Buxtehude sonata to finish sent the near capacity audience on its way with a collective smile on their faces."
