Rylee De Salis is a soprano, composer, and songwriter based in Canberra, currently in her final year of a Bachelor of Music (Composition and Classical Voice) at the Australian National University. She brings a natural warmth and bell-like clarity to her singing, moving gracefully between soaring ballads and delicate storytelling.
Though immersed in music from a young age, Rylee began formal singing training and classical voice in her first year at university, a discovery that quickly became a passion.
Since then, she has developed a strong connection with vocal music that blends emotion, imagination, and artistry. She is currently preparing to perform Elena Kats-Chernin’s Wild Swans with the ANU Orchestra and has previously performed alongside artists including Dami Im and The Seekers at the Australian of the Year Awards (2024), and opened for singer-songwriter Mark Wilkinson (2024, 2025).
