Jared Adams is a young violinist based in Sydney with a keen interest in historically informed performance. He currently works with the Australian Brandenburg Orchestra and the Australian Romantic & Classical Orchestra, as an Emerging Artist and Fellow respectively.

Actively engaged in the community music scene, Jared regularly presents chamber programs in churches and halls around Sydney, and performs with groups like the Sydney Cantata Project and the Kuringgai Philharmonic Orchestra. Recent programs include Rimsky-Korsakov’s *Scheherazade* and Strauss’ *Also Sprach Zarathustra* as concertmaster, and leading Steel City Strings in a program of Australian and Balinese music touring through regional NSW.
