2025 Chamber Series
Past Meets Future
At some point, old music was new music! But there is something special about baroque music that inspires composers from the future. Is it the harmonic craftsmanship, the unique sound world, the pure emotions and characters, or the rhetorical forms common to all languages?
Join Apeiron and our inter/nationally recognised guests in exploring a mix of gems from the past alongside music from the future that aims to recreate the magic of the Baroque era.
With special guest artists: Susannah Lawergren (soprano), Matt Greco (Violin), Pippa MacMillan (Violone), Michael Bakrnčev (composer), Dante Costa (Flute), Brad Tham (Violin), Alex Monro (Viola)
WHERE: Wesley Uniting Church, Forrest, ACT
WHEN: 6th July 2025, 4:30pm.
